Minister of Music

Jeff began serving at FBC in February of 2023. He and his wife, Kristie, have six adult children (3 married) and three grandchildren. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Samford University and a master’s degree in Church music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in both Alabama and Texas churches throughout his years in full-time ministry. Jeff has performed with several groups including the Samford A Capella Choir, Junaluska Singers, Voices of Liberty EPCOT Center, Alabama Singing Men, as well as a Gospel Quartet, “The ED Brothers”. He enjoys traveling, camping, gardening, cooking, telling jokes and hopes to pursue beekeeping one day. One of Jeff’s life verses is 2 Corinthians 2:14 “But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of Him everywhere.”
